We have read 50 numbers against the 2026 edition Texas adopts on September 1 under 16 TAC 73.100. What this covers and what it does not
Fifty numbers, which is what we have read rather than what exists. This is not the whole edition and it does not pretend to be. It is the 2023 to 2026 delta only: we have not read the 2017 or 2020 editions side by side with anything, so if your book is older than 2023 then everything here still applies to you and there is more we have not mapped.
Nothing here reproduces code text, a code table or a table row. Every row tells you which number to turn to and you read the rule in your own copy. 8 of the fifty exist to tell you that something you expected to move did not, which is worth the same as a move and takes less time to act on.
